Rock Around The Clock turned into “Fish Around the Clock” after Bill Haley and the Comets finished their South American tour in 1958. Angling was a lifetime passion for Haley as well as his compatriots Ralph Jones, Billy Williamson, “Catfish” Broomall, Johnny Grande and Joe Oliver. A successful time was had by all on this particular outing from the Boynton Inlet in South Florida, as the photo shows.
