In December 2006, a landmark of elegance and grace will soar above the white sands of Floridas ultimate destination, Bal Harbour Village. Prices of suites at the Regent Bal Harbour will begin at $635,000. Buyers can also take advantage of the hotel condominiums flexible rental program that assures residence owners and hotel guests a premium level of service, says the spokesperson.

Upon arrival, owners will be greeted by doormen and led through a dramatic carriage entrance to a grand lobby, offering sumptuous seating, original works of art and a full bar. To recoup from their flight, they can indulge in the resorts 10,000-square-foot spa operated by LInstitut de Guerlain Paris, France, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton Group or take a swim in one of two oceanfront pools.

Fitness enthusiasts will be able to enjoy a jog on Bal Harbour Villages new $3 million jogging and biking track, which will wind along the towns landscaped beach the only beachfront path of its type in all of South Florida. Snorkeling, windsurfing, parasailing, swimming and fishing will be available for water lovers, and dozens of championship golf courses are located nearby for those who prefer to stay dry.
